It has been blended using Geranium, Bergamot, Ylang Ylang and Clary Sage essential oils which will help to promote a positive outlook, improve and uplift your mood, as well as giving you a sense of calm.

Geranium - Calming and grounding, helps reduce the feelings of stress.
 
Clary Sage - Natural antidepressant and helps with stress reduction.
 
Ylang Ylang - Soothing and comforting, has a calming effect on the nervous system.
